So any update when the rest of the construction yard update will be released, or if not could there be an option to scrap it and toss it out. It doesnt offer any benefit to me whatsoever as of now except lowering my PO...

was being sarcastic about it lol. It lowers your PO Because it takes up a good amount of space giving no PO boost unless you have a select build item won from an event. As of now not even half the update is actually live and we cant trash the thing which is the worst part. 

From the looks of it it is going to be a good update when done though, but currently it is terrible.

It's simple. Just build your construction yard as and when you need them. I only built it when I had items I could use in that specific castle so at no point have I ever had a construction yard just sitting there doing nothing.
