if anybody looks in my op Charlie I have 2 colossus in there and in many of my ops or mains im a lvl 70 does he think I never played colossus game before in 3 years or his he calling me a lier.All im asking for a colossus I build not asking for men or rubies just 1 colossus I built (200 po)

The joke of it is they know all about the problem they have with stuff not getting paid out after events, its very very well doccumented on here probably happened to half the server by now!!!!! I am still missing a level 8 gem and honestly cant be bothered chasing it. I got the deco after about 3 weeks of chasing and they convieniently forgot about the missing gem!!! Unreal but true.

I also have god knows how many collossus as i guess almost every player in the game does, at least those that have played it for eny length of time.

Quite why they dont just look back to the time when it did work, and work out what they changed that broke it is beyond me. problem is they have probably left it so long now without doing anything they prob dont know how to fix it. So resort to plan B accuse players of lying!!!! Great tactic!

If only they still acted like they used to. If you look at one of the update threads Ang bumped, you can see how great the team used to be. They've achieved the European Games award 3 times, but have changed since then.

Great way to ruin an amazing business!

@Philt123 (GB1) Actually, that's exactly what we're doing. We're looking into getting this fixed, and of course, if we could do it right now we would. I don't understand where the mindset comes from that we wouldn't want to help you guys. Having this bug in the game does us no favours, it creates even more work for our support team and makes you guys unhappy, far from our intentions.

We'll try and get it resolved ASAP, but it's appearing to be an elusive problem, and something related to the server side of things, rather than the client.

Just remove the event until its fix then. Then there would be no complaints about it. You create the hard work for yourself.
This is why we have this mindset. Self inflicted.

As you said it creates more work for your support team.So stop creating more work and deactivate it. Always making things more complicated than they are.

Its well documented players would prefer to use something working rather than something that is not. Bite the bullet fix the errors ,stop the complaint/support messages.
