am still waiting for a ticket from a week like Genghis @CM Arcanine ur guys on support may have loads of wrk but pls before any other update i need my reply

For what its worth, when i sent a ticket in which was taking a while for a follow up response I contacted another CM from a different language forum who promptly followed up . 

There was an issue with the system which made my ticket fall into a limbo state. (Best way to describe it)

I suggest contacting a CM with your Ticket number.

The delays are terrible - as with everything when you have a terrible structure.

Aye, as @UltraFlavoured (GB1) has said, I can always take a look into the ticket for you, if you think that something may have gone wrong. There are delays right now, but if it's taking too long, I'll gladly have a look into it and make sure there's not a major problem.
