For addressing my concerns and at least giving me an answer. ( https://community.goodgamestudios.com/empire/en/discussion/305872/berimond-rewards ) Thanks for not helping me so I could have at least got top 100 for rewards. I know I'm not a ruby buyer I am sure that's why my concerns went unanswered. Admin even asked which event it was from when CLEARLY it is stated in title?

the issue is forwarded but i havent heard yet a clear responds on how this could happen.
I can't do more for you, so you will have to send a mail to support.

and on the title thing: i always double check since sometimes people make thread titles and are talking about all kind of events. So it is just to be sure we talking about the same kind of thing.
