dwellings are bad at level 70 because they drop your public order therefore meaning you get less of the most important resource in the game. food.

^though I wonder if they have built all the dwellings. Only have a few left at main (2 L10, and 14 L1s, they are just there in case I need to collect taxes for the mission). Do plan on doing the storm island tax trick 9/1.
