That's not fixed - that's a different offer.
What the people who purchased rubies want is for then to honour their original offer.
They have not even credited the purchased rubies against this offer so it must be a different offer.
They need to deliver if they want to retain a decent name in the gaming industry.

The offer shown in the game suffered from a display error causing the wrong purchase price to be shown on the screen. It was not our intention to offer such a package for a purchase of 0 rubies. When items are offered for free they do not appear as pay offers or redirect to the shop, they are simply offered to the account and are marked as a gift without requiring a payment. We have now repaired the issue and removed the 0 ruby offer. If a purchase was made during the period the offer was running then you will still have received the rubies in your account, but due to this being a mistake we will be unable to provide the rewards shown in the package.

That means gge are advertising something, but not living up to their agreement, i'm sure there are plenty of lawyers within this game who could shed some light... If i made a purchase, based on what was on offer, i made the offer, and then they say, "it was a mistake, you won't be getting that"... Is that my fault?

Could be theft, could also be breach of contract : They offered something for a price, you paid the price now should receive the goods as advertised, not some miserable excuse as to why you shouldn't.
