Is anyone else not receiving prizes from the Berimond event

everything is working out for me

try refreshing or restarting the computer

and if that doesn't work then email Support

Hi Antilla... Did you by any chance check in your camp within Berimond? lol..
Sure enough, the tools will have moved from the camp, to your main castle once the event concluded.

Thank you for advice yes I tried everything and checked every castle and building but still did not receive items

Have contacted support but still no reply from them
