So event started, I sent out a spy and started to attack foreign castle. the event ????
troops missing. si i lost around 2200 good troops with a lot of tools??/

Can't do anything about it anyways. Support representatives help who they feel like. There is no consistency. Some people get fair treatment and others get told nothing can be done for the exact same issue. Every event at least one member of my alliance complains they did not get the decoration from winning the event. How can this happen at random to someone every single time? It took them like 5 months to give me a mercenary post, even though everyone else had them. They compensated me 3 days of VIP time though. So nice of them.

Steve if your reading these, lots of Valid and interesting points are being made, I realise this early in a fluff up the rabbit in the headlights sensation may still be fresh in CM's mind's but I'm sure we'd all be very interested to hear "if and how" players will be compensated for the lost time to complete the spring event, yet again this was an advertised event that players have planned towards, some will have purchased the chests other will have triggered their spring events boosts and other's will have over stocked troops ready to get hitting which will now be causing food issues, like all delays this one has a very real impact on the game going forward for all players at all levels.

Like that issue where you now can't click "view castle" to view a castle, including your own? In the hotfix you guys applied with 30 minutes left in multiple events? I laughed so hard when I saw the maintenance warning pop up. Out loud. I wonder how many people you guys screwed out of top 100. lol. I'm still laughing about it.
You guys are good at creating delays at the worst possible times, to prevent in-game issues, but instead creating more in-game issues in the process just about every time. It's pretty funny, in a sad way, like when you laugh at someone for falling on their face.
At least this time it was a hotfix for something that hadn't happened yet. Or did it? Is that why the WoR awards were helmet and hero, again? Maybe it was supposed to be something else and hero? Or maybe something else and something else. lol. I noticed we only got armor in the personal point rewards this time too. Wonder if that was intentional or another error. Or maybe that's what was fixed in the hotfix and the other rewards were correct.
For anyone who is wondering why support doesn't respond to your emails. This is why. It's like the developers are concerned their support agents won't get enough tickets if they don't screw something up once per week. They will get dozens of tickets complaining about loss-related issues due to this maintenance, and I bet they haven't even finished responding to tickets from the last one.
But hey, it's better to have delays than in-game issues, right?
