I had an issue on April 29 last month that's count them 31 days have passed
support has yet to settle our complaint
How does anyone light a fire under their butt or at least tell me how much longer do we wait
and thank you publicly GGE for cheating players for one whole month and counting

I know it is frustrating that ticket support is taking a long time..
Did you recieved an automatic reply that they recieved your ticket?

yes got the ticket same day then nothing so did another got that ticket auto response then nothing so did a 3rd still nothing but the response that they were inundated last few days and I'm sitting since april 29
a thief is still a thief and that is GGE at the present time

I've been told before none of the responses are automated, unless your talking about the usual first response of, sorry, no issue here, deal with it, no fault has occured on GGE's behalf. Seems to be the regular reply from what I have experienced and what im reading on the forums...

Would you guys/girls be able to assist people individually if they are to PM you with ticket numbers and an objective summary of what has occured so you can help them sort through it faster ?
IE: My comments above are not objective or constructive, but if they are to send you something to summarise what has happened with the ticket number etc can you help them individually or thats beyond your scope ?

Example: recently after an update some players were able to sell deco items that they did not actually have.
within hours support had caught the bug, fixed it AND charged the coins back against the people who had sold items they did not have
Now that's customer support .. oh wait .. I should say Game owner support. wouldn't it be nice if support gave us assistance like that.
Oh and 31 days waiting?? I got that beat. I checked yesterday on a ticket I submitted April 19.
The message I received was "We just received your message, we will address it shortly " Shortly?? It took over 40 days to RECIEVE it. I can assume shortly will be 120's days MAYBE. Do they expect us to lose our money buying Ruby's and packages trying to work around these bugs while waiting for support to wake up and do their jobs all the while knowing full well we wont be reimbursed for our losses. And please don't say I need to send a request to support for follow up .. it will just gets ignored like all the rest.
I do understand that the long waiting times are frustrating, but the team is doing their best to get caught up.

I was in need desperate need its why I PAID CASH FOR A PRODUCT that they stiffed me for and kept me in desperate state
Please don't keep spamming and swearing. I'ma ware that it's frustrating to not receive a response, but please just send me your ticket number in a Pm so that I can take a look at it.
