I was over a friends place friday while he was assulting the Foriegners , and over the course of about 4 hours
he was spammed twice with the 200% ruby bonus offer , Now hes a buyer , like myself but niether of us buy troops
So I look at his balance he has 20000 + rubys , plus 22 fountain pennies ( do the math ) . I ask him when was the last time he bought , he said maybe a month or so back , and hes always getting the 200% offer 2-3 times a day. So here I am sitting with 230 rubys and 4 pennies and my offers are 50% maybe once or twice aday ..or when gge really wants to rub it in I'll get the 100% Alliance bonus offer like WTH !!! , My buddy probably wont buy rubys for months now and hes getting spammed with tremendous offers daily /hourly
Whereas I who wants to upgrade stables ,towers, bakerys etc etc etc etc am only getting the pitiful low offers . Somehow the logic here escapes me , GGe can continue to spam me with the 50% offers but they will never see the colour of my money , But if the 200% come back then we have something .

Offers are based on your actions as a player, for instance if you try to upgrade your stables but dont have enough rubies then ive found that you will most likely get a stables offer, Im not certain on what factors decide what type of ruby bonus you will get but I guess the longer you wait without buying rubies then the better offers you will get.
