Topic: [309000] New FI comp yet still no Rewards?

Myself and Georgehero2 both from Bandits won our levels in the last FI event, both of us never got the first place rewards (or 2nd or 3rd) and are still waiting for Support to get back to us, now the new FI event starts again yet support have not sorted why we did not get the rewards or have given us the rewards yet?

@CM Arcanine has said he cant help me in a pm and contact support!!!!!! what do you do when support don't even acknowledge your ticket? just cross your fingers and hope they got the message? spent money to win the last one buying flags, so want what we both won  fair and square.

@Philt123 (GB1) Pretty sure he hasn't received the deco from fi from a while ago along with alot of BSK,

Not 100% but never seen a follow up post to it,



But I must say hope anyone who hasn't received something gets it, great work guys!

I eventually after probably a month of waiting got given the deco, what i didnt get was the level 8 gem that i also never recived in the event payout..  But by then I was so sick of waiting I decided it wasnt worth my time and effort going through the whole process again so i left it there.  I hope you guys get a better experience than me.  Good luck.

When you do get a ticket they will accuse you of telling fibs as well instead of supporting you they will half question your actions and say, our records indicate you got this, or we have no record of any faults.

I had one tell me "was I sure the deco wasnt in my main?"  I was fkn positive because I only had 5 when I won a 6th and they wouldnt pay out.  You end up giving up in time. 

Throwing yourself against a brick wall gets better results at times.  Took me 5-6 e-mails back and forth once to explain and for them to understand what had happened and by the time I got my level9 gem from the game fkn up I had just about won another from the next event a week and a half later.  Mind you, that experience was ok because the person didnt just outright accuse me of tellign bollocks worked to resolve it after I explained it a few times, a little language problems I think as their English was 50/50 (IE: not first language) but at least they worked with me to fix it. 

They dont have an easy job either but the wait times can be frustrating :S

well another day and still no mail or acknowledgement of the ticket, looks like i will have to put another in!!!!!!!

Well if i have not had a resolution in a week (already 3 days in!) i think my time in this game is over, I have only been playing 3 weeks, but if this is seriously how this company treats its customers, then I will find someone else to give my time / effort and money to.  I was seriously shocked when I received a post back saying good luck you might  get something in a month if you are very very lucky but don't hold your breath.  I cant believe any player on this game believes that is remotely acceptable.  so i refuse to get sucked into a position where i have spent so much in the game i feel obligated to stay.

Honestly every other game I have ever played, if had something like this happened, then it would have been dealt with swiftly, I am stunned the amount of people who has said its a very well known issue that has been going ages and half the time you will either get accused of lying, or just get nothing. but maybe just maybe you might get a grudgingly paid resolution!!  Its a nice game, but not so nice I am prepared to sit back and be treated like a mug.  honestly I am still a little shocked to find out its a well known problem that has been happening quite some time without anyone doing anything about it!!!!  And even more shocked to find out its not often even put right!!!!!  How this game has any players left is beyond me if that is the case.

Hope not mate, you have won everything since you started and players like you are a loss to the game because GGE cannot get simple things right. hopefully someone will pick the ticket up for us both with this convo going on.

I was 1st in the last nobility quest with 5 seconds to go - no reward so I guess the system is saying I didn't win. Problem is there is no way of checking where I came and who the system says did win. You have nowhere to go - all records cleared.

Total waste of time putting in a ticket - normally no response and they just don't care.

Only the company of my fellow players that keeps me here.

But that's the point you would have also got the second and third place rewards as that's the way it works, the winner gets the top 3 rewards so you know if you have been ripped off. and STILL no contact from support, getting close to me saying bye bye to GGE, winning the event again but will i get the rewards or not, who knows but will have screens of this .
