I understand that it probably isn't the easiest job in the world running a game like GGE but if your not up to it then don't run it.
Updates: before you make new additions to the game and bring more bugs in, fix previous bugs and fix them whilst at the time that most people aren't online.
Events: would you just stop the money grabbing and actually spread events around evenly and not have 5 day FL's continually and then have a lot of people's favorite events cut so short that they cant event complete the rewards that they want to, i understand that you probably make crazy amounts of money during the FL event, i cant event remember how long it has been since the Berimond invasion has been on, where is your customer service.
Support: on the forum home screen it says "need help? contact support" this would be great if it actually worked instead of making your game look better. if i have an issue i contact support immediately but i never actually get a direct response from you guys i just get the automatic reply thing and that's it.
Discussion: ideas, suggestion, feedback. people put down discussions under that category to get comments and feedback from GGE players but also from Forum moderators, i personally believe that they are nice people but i really don't see them giving feedback to many peoples ideas, i understand that it takes some effort to read peoples discussions and give them feedback but its your job and just a quick short response will do as long as you are showing the people that you actually acknowledge what they are trying to get across to you guys.
please just sort out your shit issues instead of just making more and more bugs with every update, please fox those bugs
i enjoy GGE and i i'm lvl 70 on the AUS server in an alliance that wins the occasional event and i have never spent a cent in my life, i do like GGE very much but i just think they need to get back on track and sort out some of the issues that they really need to fix.
Thanks for reading all the way to the bottom aha thanks!
Cheers!
