How more money you spend how better you are ( that is normal) But what not normal is is that the people who spend a lot of money have 30 RV's next to there castle and the people who give a little bit of money in the month have to fight for keeping 5 or 6 RV's.

oh thats strange because all the people who put a lot of money in the game are the strongest from the server. Maybe it isn't so in the int1 server but here the rule is: The strongest players if they take Rv's there is no problem but if it is the other way then they declare war

Not all of them, same rule applies here too. And you obviously don't take them from anyone either. You just can't wait all the time for everything to come your way. Hook up with a strong alliance and they can maybe get the RV's for you.

Not many good alliances I know of are fond to accept low level pay to winners if they can't do anything useful. I admit, I only buy on some occasions to help out with the alliance funds for upgrades or to speed things up in my main. As of now I don't own any RV's and never plan to steal them from others.
Also don't make false accusations if you obviously don't know the player. This just shows the more you post the more foolish you look.

If you started playing game say 2yrs ago you more likely will have yr max amount of rvs by now.
if your just coming in to the game you will find it lot harder to get rvs, mainly because ggs
don't let many rv's spawn these days.

Get a 80 speed com, level 3 stables ( Not hard if you loot towers constantly) and wolves and be on the lookout for new rvs constantly
Rvs are not supposed to be gifted to you on a silver platter
You have to work for them
So quit your whining and go play the game for a change
Talent and weekly loot gets you in strong alliances

Do you know what it is if you have RV's and a strong player stole it from you and you can't doing anithing ???
ANd if you want to go in the strong alliance you have to buy rubies that is in the description of all the strong alliances. They can see it because when you do the fl, if you haven't at least 1-2 milion glory you are out of the alliance. How can you have so much ? spending rubies to buy flags. Who have the capitals and metropolise the Big alliance. Who can steal RV's from other players and not be in war the strong alliances. You can do what you want but the RV's here didn't spawn anymore.
