It's classed as PVP.

The event will start today, no set time yet

Also, as @zip (GB1) has stated, the Cities are PvP targets, owned by Alliance Leaders

Soms zie je wel  de toeter...  irritant ...zo als  all de verslagen naar alle leden. 

Klopt, nu ook alweer een haha, Ik hoop dat ze voor al die verslagen nog een goede oplossing vinden, een apart gedeelte in de inbox bijv.
