We have members here having the same problem
A couple of members have changed to mozilla and it sems to have sorted out the problem for them
Maybe worth a shot for any players not using this browser

IT'S SO FUNNY WHEN EVERYBODY DISSAPEARD WHEN BUGS CAME
support just send us tickets, CM are sleeping, GGE on UK server(obviously test server) is broken.
No one give a s... on players.
It's already 20 hours, that bug was reported and there no single comment from CM-s, why they are here ...
