I bought rubies yesterday through pay pal for my protection, 13,950 rubies should have gone into my account they never arrived?, im now taking it up with pay pal, to top it all tried to get on line to check the game and my account has been suspended? your company gives no replies nor tells us what is happening, your just left in the dark, and to say you supply us with ticket ID, how are we suppose to gae those if you dont send us an email with the ID enclosed? crazy crazy crazy customer support is terrible in fact non existent in my view, to other subscribers i would strongly suggest you use Pay Pal in all transactions at least your money is protected and the only way you will get a resolve with this company.

I reduced my ruby spend to once a month due to all these glitches, Untill we get a faster response I'm not investing anymore money then I currently do!

Got the rubies and got the offer i paid for finally but got them after the sams finished lol? not much use now so have asked for compensation in the form of tools I can actually use in the current event, seems fair to me.

Like the guy above received rubies well they are 1000 short of what i oaid for the message from support lift your complaint and payment and we will lift your suspension, yes guys for no fault of your own you buy the special purchase the rubies and you dont get them you contact pay pal and they suspend your account ??? how crazy is that? my responce quite simple i will escalate the non payment of rubies with pay pal and will be asking for all monies from day 1 to be put back on my card! okay i wont be able to play anymore but this company will realize you cannot treat people who are good and fair players in this way, so its a matter of principle now, and to all players use pay pal in your transactions they will fight your corner and get back monies for items you do not receive as for GGE you need to start treating your customers with a lot more respect otherwise they will go elsewhere.

I'm curious on what @CM Arcanine has to say about people's accounts being suspended due to GGS' own failures.

They should not suspend any account if the player has done nothing wrong, in my case its been Friday now and still i cannot access my account, i would imagine my troops and castles will be ruined so all that hard work over the last few months would of been wasted, i was a level 64 player doing quite well and enjoyed playing the game daily, so to be suspended for no fault of my own was a shock to be honest, i have asked for compesation in the form of rubies or tools plus the rubies that i bought in the offer to be correctly put in my account, so i am still suspended i have just tried to go on line without success, so my message to GGE is please sort this out im not asking for anything more here than to be treated fairly as a player. Thankyou.

lol why are they banning players for no reason?
Haven't a clue , give them money , request a refund after a day or two of not getting , then they  ban LOL

I dont know all i did was ask pay pal to resolve the matter of non payment items that i paid for and did not receive next minute im suspended ?? and have been now since Friday morning, its a crazy situation why they suspend your account god knows, its even worse when the fault is not the player but GGE for failing to get there payment and servers on line and working, they then suspend you , crazy crazy crazy!!!!

just an idea but really people do expect what they pay for, perfectly understandable. having never bought rubies I wouldn't know but the least you can do is update your customer service. i could not log in to the forum for a month and I sent a message to customer support and never got a reply. it would be great if you could make it efficient at least, hire some overseas people to run a chat lobby, whatever just update it as frankly, it is the worst I've ever seen. worse than Telstra even!

Hey guys,

If you've got a specific problem, do contact me and I'll take a look into the status of your ticket. However, I do want to explain a little bit about "chargebacks" to you guys, just for future reference.

When a chargeback is requested, since the 'purchase' is already done, the rubies will remain in the players account, but the money will return to them. That's why you could be permanently, or temporarily, banned for doing so, depending on the circumstance (as to why it happened, prominently). Any situations like this should be handled by our Support Team though, as payments require specific handling and information.

These kinds of scenarios are pretty delicate, too, as payments are highly private topics. It's best to keep them off the forums, but if you have any specific additional questions, do send me a PM and I'll gladly talk to you about it.
