ACTUAL Cyber Bullying is a problem.  IMO, if they don't pursue you on multiple games, it isn't cyber bullying. However, I am sure that plenty of what I have said on these forums could be considered Cyber Bullying by a true snowflake.

I am just going to say that there are millions of arguments which can be used when dicussing whether there is bullying in GGE or not. This is a question about perspective. Bullying inside GGE could well be seen as cyber bullying because the game contains social interactions between real people. But at the same time it could also not be seen as cyber bullying because GGE happens to be a game based on war. 

There is no right or wrong in this question unless it's discussed from what the law and court says. 
With other words, argumenting about it is pretty pointless

  I'm sick of being Bulled by one player named "mattineurope" what can I do about it?  Also what can the gamemaster do about Bulling. Can you all make a rule to stop the bigger player's from attacking the lower player's. A player that is a level70 honor 534 attacking a level 70 honor 60 is like a level 70 honor 60 attacking a level 1.   Is not fair, and it's a form of Bulling. You as gamemaster's need to stop this, PLEASE.  thank-you.

This is kind of getting annoying. They're called "legendary levels", LL for short, not "honor". 
Once you hit lvl.50, you are free to attack from all lvl.70s. In my experience, fair play does not rule against the LL gap, only the normal level gap.

If you want to stop being bullied, get yourself stronger.
Even I have more power points than you...

I see you are a sub of SwampGators, but you only have 5 members in your alliance- no, that is not going to stop attacks or help you defend. You need to join a larger alliance. It's unlikely that SG will help you against BeastMode.

Finally, since you were being bullied in sands, I decided to spy you.

For a lvl.70, your cast is unacceptable. Your tools are inadequate. There is no chance you will hold off any attack.

You seem to be forgetting some facts.  This started because your alliance stole two ops.  Then you took as you call it "bulling hits" at a rate of 2 per 24 hours.  We got the ops back and it should have been over, but you continued your antagonist behavior and talking chit.

Because of your crappy behavior, your alliance sub moved you into a training alliance. 

You continue to send an endless supply of pm's threatening and talking chit.  You are welcome to complain to "game master", and welcome to have your alts and your little brother attack me.  

Its clear you wanted my attention, you have it.

I have try to with draw my charge of bulling, because my king asked me to.....but, if this player attacks me one more time I will not back up for him and I will go no facebook and repeat my quote.

Idk about preventing stronger players from hitting weaker players but they should prevent kids from playing.

What minimum do you suggest there being? There are an awful lot of kids playing this game that are fairly good at it. It's not just one group, it's a minority within multiple groups that just get thrown into one category, I happen to be 17, and yes, I believe that counts as a kid. Does that stop me? No, I am a kid and have been in multiple top alliances across the server since I restarted 3 years ago. Honestly, the problems that come from kids come from adults too, and I would prefer to have a kid start sh*t than an adult who can put money into the game. I have had run ins with lots of players within the time I've been playing and the worst run ins have been with the adults who don't care about sporting their credit card. Kids may be a problem, but there are a lot of adults that are too. Just learn to live with it.

You took that way too serious... you can't even enforce an age limit really so why you got all defensive is beyond me...

Kids cause a lot more problems than adults my friend. And I am talking about kids... not 17 year olds... if you want to call yourself a kid great, but the ones still breastfeeding need to gtfo

Agreed... I was expecting to find some level 20... no way somebody, not even a toddler still breastfeeding, could play the game that long and be so stupid.
