Thanks for the game, i've been playing this since the time when Honor points were the foundation of a player.
The game has changed... but i like it, no matter how many problems it has ill be with you all the way GGS

Maybe if they were more focused on what the players (read customers) would like to see, instead of introducing different scenarios which are just designed to bring in more money, then there might be more than complaining here. Think about it, all the bugs, glitches etc which now plague this game were caused by them rushing stuff in without fully testing it !! why should they be praised for that?? "I come not to praise Caesar, but to bury him"

I agree with what @makale (AU1) said...would love to see all the bugs taken out of the game like the alliance chat bug.....really annoying being blocked from talking to the rest of my alliance......There is also the damn support team.......Takes next to forever for them to reply.....If only GGS would quit developing updates fir a few weeks and order all workers to reply to our support msgs....that is something I would like to see first before I praise GGSmakale (AU1) said:@Davidv (AU1)

Well I think GGE have got more support in for the cases logged, my case has been sorted and very quickly and effectively, really impressed this time how they handled it. no arguments and resolved my issue within 2 working days.
Impressed GGE keep this up and you will get back the support you had from players a couple of years ago.

I understand the problems, you do make a point @makale (AU1). Im 100% with you aswell Wilson Wang (AU1), and im sure anyone who focuses on the game also feels the same about these problems, But once again i'd like this thread to be full of support and maybe alittle hope.

How can you agree with myself and Wilson and in the same breath say that you want support for GGE? Sounds like a direct contradiction in terms !!!!
Not many others seem to think like you out there !!
Let them fix everything QUICKLY and keep us informed about what their actual plan of action is, then stick to it, and i might give them some credit, until then...........

Optimism !!! even looking through the world's biggest pair of rose coloured glasses i would not be able to see any noticeable improvement. The latest storm debacle is proof of the muppets running GGE !! May as well ask for world peace, a cure for the common cold and the pot of gold from the end of the fekkin rainbow as ask for GGE to sort themselves out !!!! And even if they did, it would just be called " NORMAL SERVICE " !!!

@Davidv (AU1) Are you thinking this through?How many years have you played this game? Have you seen this game go from a actual "good game" to a spending game (No offence @perryl (US1)). Have you seen the bugs (new/old) around that are still unsolved? How would you feel if you couldn't talk to your alliance members through the alliance chat and only restricted to talking in messages???

Nope not good enough ggs will only get my support when they sort out bugs
sort out support, start taken notice of what players are saying in the game.
Once in a while you might get something sorted quickly but most players
never get replies from ggs.

I have tried my best to refrain myself from commenting on this thread.
Morale is something created together such as the state of the spirits of a person or group as exhibited by confidence, cheerfulness, discipline, and willingness to perform assigned tasks.
Most players here will of heard of the current 'Perks' GoodGame Studios have for their staff - So no doubt their morale is already high.
The problem and misleading thing is its the customers morale that is the issue , many of customer have very low morale due to the fact Loyal Bonus' are not really loyalty bonus, Bugs within the game causing problems are not met with a priority unless it directly effects GoodGame Studios.... Such as Thorn I havent been able to take part at all it runs for 20 days and still nothing done about it.
Customer support passing the blame back to yourself - which has happened on countless occasions.
Then of course we have the Storm mess.. They use Data they gather from in game actions to advance the game which in turn would suggest they know how events are used.. With Storm the majority create tools then wait for the'free' shipping over at the end of the month rather than 'play' storm.
1000s of tools lost.... and we get 27 tickets / 3days VIP /60 Shields /500 Horrors & 75 grappling hooks.
Yeah sounds reasonable ?
Those are just a few things that have happened in the past few weeks.
So sadly @Davidv (AU1) not all customers can support they way they are treated by creating a 'false' morale of GoodGame Studios/
If they want their customer to share and enhance their morale they should start listening a lot more and putting customer 1st.

@UltraFlavoured (GB1) i agree, the trouble is that some people may be afraid of the omnipotent GGE, honesty is the best policy etc. If you count up the threads saying GGE has done something right as opposed to just being money hungry, then the overwhelming majority would be that they have lost the plot !!
As i suggested in another thread, freeze the game, fix it completely then come back with the level of customer service that SHOULD be expected.
