Can you repel any attack by making a pact or is it only for attacks of a certain number?

I don't understand your question but I don't think you can attack someone you have a pact with.

If you make a pact it repels all attacks including captures. It also gets repelled if you join the same alliance or have a NAA

Someone told me it only works for attacks with 1500 troops or more.

for non-agression agreement it is still possible to attack
i saw players doing it, i know how but ill not tell that here. they were spies trying to break the acord.

I just want to know why a another player keep atacking you every day is that to destroy you and stop you from playing futher.
