Same player is attacking you everyday is that to destroy you and stop you from playing.

He have attacked my so many times i cannot even create any troops before he atack again.

Get into a better alliance so they'll support you or relocate you're castle

Yes I would move to a more defensive, larger alliance. Most other people would consider that kind of constant bombardment to be bullying.
Have you tried messaging the other player and asking them to give you at least 3 days to recover in between attacks? Sounds to me like you are just an easy target and he is lazy.

Message alliance leader/Diplomat and ask for 3 days to recover. 

Failing that, Macemen and tool rake every place he has then his whole alliance as they gave you nothing.  Dont threaten with a tool rake just do it once you get no response.  Oh, dont stop eeither, tool rake is you keep going until they give in not when you feel happy, send literally 3-4 thousand macemen and make surte they dont die keep sending them constantly whenever yoru online. 

If they dont like this, then explain you dont like getting hit every 3 hours by their muppet and that its on him and fk off.  Then keep tool raking.  IE: behave 10 times worse than him and you win.

im thinking to report em for harassment, ull get maybe 3 days for free.
i not used that nasty method of detooling, neither rvs cap or sabotages. that bcoz i found friends and joined a better alliance to recover. 
he can drop his tools or just set weak ones and will keep burning u.
i still see such players everyday saying that its a war game as a reason for attacking same target too many times.

Two wrongs dont solve anything, however one person with macemen can cause alot of financial trouble for an alliance just by being persistant.  If your complaining about someone hitting you daily your probably not active enough to do this strat and gain anything.  Just saying.

Kindly ask him to stop doing what he is doing or poke his leaders.
He probably think you are a lootcastle.
Also try to get into a better alliance, so you can kick his castle back together with your alliances mates.

Keep sabotaging him in every kingdom if you have the time for it
