I am shocked and appalled by the lack of effort in the Kala's Contest.
Besides a lack of imagination for a new exciting update, there seems to be very little effort from GGS in their design of the event.
Firstly the rewards are just a copy and paste of last month's spring festival, not impressed.
Secondly, you guys could not even be bothered to add a new set instead we get another druid guard. Heck, you guys could not even reskin the equipment!
Same as with the equipment there is just a blatant disregard to your customers towards the tools, no effort in reskins with just a copy and paste, this meant to be Indian themed, and all we get that has changed is a pond with an elephant in it.
Now for some 'constructive' criticism if itsn't obvious enough from my post, at least reskin everything to try and hide your lack of care to your flagship game.

I'm level 70 and it shows me a 9 peice cast set that i've never seen before.
still though it's 10 days shorter then normal and with the week long foreigners and berimond invasion not even showing up in the list of events I don't think this event will be easy...

Hey guys,
Apologies for not popping in here earlier. No, this isn't a bug, and I apologize for not letting you know in advance.
There is no new equipment set for players lower than level 70 with this event. It was a miscommunication on our end, saying that there was more than one set, so apologies for that.
Although I know, it's not ideal, I can assure you that we're really focusing on our next update, which is why there's only an armor set for the 70+ players. The next update is a really huge one, and we're sure that you guys will love it, alas, that means that a lot of our resources are being put into its development right now. That being said, the contest should still be worthwhile for you, as by simply taking part in the events that are occurring anyway, you'll be able to get some neat troops, tools, equipment and other items, and it gives you a chance to get anything you may have missed previously.
Cheers for understanding, and I'll remember this feedback for any future iterations of the contests.

Agreed with fexy, disgusting business practises by GGS, just plain lazy and a horrible excuse for undoubtedly a bug filled update to come.
Why should I work for a crappy druid guard set when I already have almost 2 completed?
At least give your lower players a skinned comm/cast.

@CM Arcanine @CM Popeye What I DID want is for the gear to be reversed so that I could complete at least one set. This request has been raised before multiple times - what's the problem, is it really so difficult?
Is there a reason GGE doesn't want to allow players who have spent numerous hours on several repetitions of the same darn contest the ability to earn a full set?
Isn't it abundantly clear that a player's motivation to plow forward in the hope to reach rewards page 20 falls with every repetition?

The exact opposite attributes are reasons why players initially choose AND continue to play a game, why their feelings of appreciation & loyalty increase, & with that, their willingness to invest money into a game (aka, goodwill).
That and of course support & bug fixing teams that are competent, quick to respond AND resolve issues, and a well-organized forum with detailed company updates & swift company responses regarding AND *resolution of* outstanding concerns and bugs.
Oh well...
