If you archived the new guardian from kala event, make sure you place the gems correct. If place them wrong, it's only 500K ( NO JOKE ) rubies to replace them.

Gems are item you can loot from NPC's (just like regular equipment), each gem has a type and a level.

By type I mean some gems provide courtyard boosts (for comms and casts), some provide speed bonuses and some provide exra troops on flanks.

The game does not alow you to use gems until you have advanced a moderate amound, however your looted gems are stored.

Gems cost coins to place onto equipment and they cost rubies to remove gems from equipment without destroying the gem.

Good old GGE, it takes a whole lot of work to get decent gems (unless you get them in a comp...which still requires work!!) and then GGE wants a whole lot of your money when you eventually get a better gem to go on your comm or casta....who said money does not grow on trees !!
