from about 1 day,my account bilal88 is not opening,just the image of loading game assests for long time,please,fix this problem

for over 20 hrs I haven't been able to open my account . It gets to the screen of Sharpening my swords then freezes. I have sent my complaint to support & got a "ticket" but just before I lost contact with the game I bought $160 au worth of rubies & horrors . . thats 4000 horrors that by now have chewed through my food & died of starvation. I work hard & spend my money where I enjoy myself but this is no picnic that is for sure. I have kept trying throughout the day & night to login. please look into this GGE

Have you used a totally different browser running it in private mode?

Try chrome / chromium
Any fresh installed browser must work too. Chromium saved me after a day of work. Now i know that some other browser doesnt really clear the cache (i.e. opera need advanced option for cache disabling).
Private mode is other option to try, it will not keep any settings for next login, i didnt tried that private browsing though.
