this is getting annoying I used to have great internet but ever since we changed the internet provider its been slowly dying

Hey guys,

I've just had a look into this, and it seems to be a problem with BT/Plusnet as @BIGTtheMULLER (INT1) has said above. I wish there was something I could do about it, but unfortunately all I can do is suggest you contact them/wait.
