I think that some of my posts are being deleted. I have also noticed that certain threads are being closed down by the CMs. These posts and threads are normally the ones which are critical of GGE.
How else are we meant to give an opinion on aspects of this so-called game which are,
a) Not up to standard
b) self serving for GGE (without taking into account the customers)
c)Valid complaints about the service which the customers receive (or in most cases don't!)

I realise that GGE is a gmbh, which means they have no shareholders (unless the company has a listed parent company) and are therefore a law unto themselves.
However, in the interests of fairness (?) surely I and others have a right to be heard! As Evelyn Beatrice Hall wrote "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it"

So, CMs, unless the posts/threads are illegal for whatever reason i.e Inciting racial hatred, personal abuse etc, be careful what you edit.

Please edit this post it is being critical of other posts being edited and negativity cannot be allowed.  I know it may sound a bit funny or not sit well with you but even deleting it would be valid IMO as again, people not allowed to have an opinion and all ?

Given that the customers of GGS have plenty to be critical of, what would they prefer ? Criticism on their own forum where only the current customers are able to see the comments, or criticisms out on other sites where they have no control?

GGS need to think about that one a bit more carefully if they wish to gain new customers :)

Sorry, but when have I ever deleted threads for being critical? I welcome criticism, as long as it's constructive. However, if you're going to go on a tirade of abuse and drop 'f bombs' all over the place, it's not really helpful to anyone.

I appreciate constructive comments, and feedback of any nature, especially the critical ones, since they're the ones that show points that need to be changed. If an entire thread is removed, it's down to the content being against our ToS, and I'll more than often contact the thread owner to let them know.

Threads are closed and people are banned. Toe the line or you will be next.....Or say what you want on a Friday evening and nothing will be done until Monday as they do have parties to go to after all this isn't a business where customers pay money this is their hobby :)

well lets see, two paragraphs, both of which contain (essentially) the same phrase "Constructive criticism" the Forum is full of this. YOU might welcome it (part of the JD after all) but i wonder how the bosses take it !! (if it reaches them at all, and if it does what notice is taken of it!!)
The same mistakes occur time after time, bad planning and even worse execution !!! Glitches which cause no end of grief to your customers. As they say "the best form of advertising is word of mouth" i wonder how many customers could put their hands on their hearts and say they would recommend this game to their friends?? Probably would not be friends for long!!
There is obviously some sort of disconnect between the various departments at GGE, otherwise everything which is discussed on this Forum would not re-occur!!
Whilst i would agree that you cannot keep everyone happy all the time, if you were to do a survey of all the threads on this Forum, i wonder what the ratio of good to bad comments actually is ?
GGE makes arbitrary decisions which leave customers stuck, angry and frustrated. Does GGE even care? Or do they purposely treat customers like mushrooms (kept in the dark and fed a lot of sh*t !)
As for dropping "F" bombs all over the place, yes, i do occasionally do this, but only for effect (seems to work as well).
I await with bated breath the new updates, i wonder how long it will be before more complaints appear on this forum.

GGE really needs to look at other companies and see what ones are well liked among their player bases and try to take all the pages from their books.
