Also contact the support team....? Think they resolve ruby problems quicker than other in-game bugs -_-

I am certain, yes.  I have purchased rubies from time to time with no problem

as for asking support team I have been going around and around  and getting no where

Yep..  Same here... Am still waiting for an answer of the support team.

I am thinking of contacting PayPal for the refund, as product not received, or not what you paid for.

I even included some screenshots, but no reply at all

Hey folks,

Are you 100% sure that you selected the 'save selection' option before purchasing the Rubies? We come across this issue a lot, and it usually turns out to be a mistake that the save button isn't clicked before the purchase goes through.

What happpens if they forget to click save selection?

Will support not give them the items that they payed for with real money?

yep.. for sure..  lucky I made screen dumps, and attached it to my ticket..  so, No...   100% sure..

my email and account shows 122k of rubies bought, and the bonus shows 37k  ???

that is where the problem is most likely Steve..
