can someone please explain how a player gains an estate building or builds an estate?

Hey There!

Long time from then for me , but I'm pretty sure the estate is unlocked while leveling up,

I'm not sure what level I'm afraid mate.

Pretty sure it's level 13-16 when it unlocks then upgrades to level 2-3 around level 19-33
