hey guys, just before you read this, these stats are from the level 50-59, not the best level 70 one. These are all of the equipment (not upgraded) including the hero bonus and the full set bonus.

Hero Bonus - Increased soldier limit on the front by 10%
Army to be detected 10% later.
Equipment -
Ranged - 44%
Melee - 44% 
Late Detect - 7%
Wall reduction - 44%
Moat reduction - 33%
Increased travel speed of the army - 12%

Bonuses from having the set - 
Increased travel speed of the army - 20%
Army to be detected 20% later
Glory earned - 20%
Attackers strength in the courtyard - +5%

So overall this is a fairly decent commander for those who are not level 70 yet, and it will obviously get considerably stronger if you use the techi to power these pieces up.

Level 70 is a cast , not a commander.

no matter what i tried i couldnt get it all in one screen , too . many bonuses lol

first one seems better in troop power... not sure overall though.

No the first one is not anyway better.

they have gems too bring up too 90-90 stats for melee and ranged

Then the hero gives major bonuses exceeding them too 100-100 and 105-105

the whale cast is better by a long shot m8 :-)
