I bought the Rubie offer last night as I had a 100% because i had not bought for a while (been on hols)and the tools offer was running also I got the rubies but no tools, but the offer showed a carry over of 21k rubies if I wanted to buy it again, I complained to GGE, what I got back from David was you bought it after it expired, if that was the case how did i manage to screen shot the 21k carry over? and also it ran for approx 30 mins after i bought the rubies? Apparently David is willing to lose me from the game as he has dug his heels in on this, but i say again:

I bought it while both offers where running as it was a 100% bonus as I had not bought for a while, it showed a carry over on the tools offer of 21k rubies if I wanted to buy again, and i got a screen shot which I supplied to GGE showing this meaning the offer was still running.

Am I wrong and going mad here??????
