how? this person has one crappy wood outpost ,no loot score no glory tittle, not even lvls 70 fully built recuit or buy over 20 k troops never mind feeding them..

He might be able to buy heaps of food with rubies. Or could just be somone who don't know that you lose troops to food shortage.
Ive seen people buy 50k demons on Au1 server...lvl 30... they give up straight away once they realise they loss em all to food shortage and wasted all that $$.
