was looking in the level category 10 to 19.

how can it be that there are several players with level 20 and up in this category en a level70 player on the first place???????

Would say that a player has levelled up quickly he would have started event at the lower lvl and stayed in the category that he started in

its very possible these days to reach level 70 in just a few weeks. So no doubt at start of event was under level 19. Yes its not ideal, but what catagory should they be in ? You cant really move catagories once the event starts, otherwise you will be getting different rewards. So only one that makes any sense is to lock the catagory to your starting level. In this case it leaves a big disparity. Between players. But not realyl sure how you woudl address it.

if player decides to level quickly it's his decision.not every player has the possibilaty to level quickly but should have/must have a change

in level 10 to 19 should be level 10 and 19. level 70 should be in level 70 i think.

So what happens if he starts to get the reward of the sub level 70 cast, get 2 pieces, then gets 2 pieces of the kala +level 70 cast. He has 4 completly useless bits of kit?

Maybe but it is really hard not to upgrade from level 10-19 to 30 within a month and then they would still get useless kit. Sometimes it's not their choice and they just level up through events,
