Is it possible to transfer resources between Ice and Great Kingdom? I think when I played years ago

There's a globe on the bottom right of your screen, it's the first icon from the left. You click on that, then you select the kingdom you want to send resources to. Finally you click on the icon with Food, Wood and Stone.
