I have just payed 55k rubys to play archmaster, last time i played archmaster, I had a weaker commander, the kahn tower had around 14k troops in and i got 300ish loses, but oh no GGE have robbed me yet again, this time I have chosen archmaster and there is 19k troops in the kahn tower and im loosing 3000 troops, so its pretty obvious I cannot win the rewards, wtf is going on with this game seriously, How do I go about getting a refund, any gains or reward I got from this event you can have back, I purchased £25 rubys in a prime to play the event, only to find yet again the math is so far out it is unplayable, and i have spent 55k rubys for littrally nothing, i also got loads of chests, I evaluated from last time playing archmaster and thought it was worth a shot to get the mystery boxes, but no, oh no, no no./ you have changed something to the point where my troops wouldnt last more than 6 hits or so, this is a joke seriously, HOW DO I GET A REFUND OR IS THIS THE VERY LAST PENNY I SPEND N THIS CORRUPT GAME, and dont say its not, its beyond faulse advertising.

Wow, sad deals bro. I don't even know what to say. If there is a money-back guarantee or not. I know my courtyard troops have been glitched all day but I usually take 300 losses (vet horror) per Kahn camp(tower) on hard+ I will at some point go up to expert+ where you can get 30k medals per defend. ye I hope so too, Im actually fumming mate tbh, this isnt for the incomming, its for hitting the tower, I played archmaster not to long ago, the kahn tower had 14k troops in it, and i was getting around 300 loses per hit, I tried an incomming taunting the kahn, they sent 24k troops at me, anyway, I wanted to give it another go with stronger coms etc. I spent £25 on rubys so i could enter archmaster and spent the rest on chests, I was going for the mystery boxes there is 11 of them on page 11 of the rewards, anyway after doing a sensible assessment, this time for some strange reason, the tower has a weaker cast on, and i have a stronger commander, a general and an extra wave commander, more power in my hall of legends, and 1500 troops extra in the final battle on my general, but im losing 3000 troops, ten times more than before, so yes i definatly feel like i have been cheeted out of money, I can go to the fair gaming standards association, I can send endless reviews, If I could be botherd and had the time and money i could open a small claims court case for faulse advertising, this isnt the first time tbh this game has shafted me or many others, there are things I could do, but I just want a refund, I will not be spending another penny untill I have the rubys back and any rewards i have gained given back to them, it has messed me up in a big way, I dont have the kahn for horsetails for next event now, i cant get resorces for the hall of legends, i did 67 levels in the bloodcorws event, purchased time skips ready for nomads to then upgrade 67 levels, but they realy have feked me over tbh, AGAIN, i was also going to be saving the points for the season event and use a booster for extra points, but naaa, not anymore, im basically just playing minimum and not spending a penny now, to be honest its kinda like the straw that broke the camels back, you can not evaluate anything in this game, it is not a strategy game, its coruption to rinse people of money, nothing more, it is not a game, I changed the generals skills and add 12% power in the hall of legends but yet the game says im weaker on normal attacks, thers so many things about this so called game that is wrong, and the way they treat customers is pretty bad, im suprised poisden hasnt commented with one of his patronising remarks like he usually does, oh well, I just want my rubys back and any rewardYourBloodyBase (US1) said:Wow, sad deals bro. The last part of this actually hit home... literally. So, much time and soo much money. More than likely wasted... I feel bad about it frequently. Just chasing the next cool thing and dopamine high. It's no doubt that the type of system they have is really predatory in nature. And, I might just get banned or something for saying it. Knowing how companies work.
It's like the time I invested in a marketing program. It really seemed legit. You got a bunch of access to companies claiming they had products for you to sell through advertising on social media. Most of the stuff was garbage not even worth selling like getting a list of names and emails to enter into a draw for some dumb prize or gift card. Sometimes they had a decent item worth selling. Only to find out your refer code wasn't actually working and you just wasted your money trying to advertise it.
I literally call the guy out in it when I see his ads going around on Facebook and it used to be on YouTube all the time. There were tons of them. They swore they were helping you and they got rich that way. But, literally did it by selling people crap that didn't actually work. And, if you read the contract you weren't allowed to call them out on it or they could sue you or suspend your accounts on the site. Which didn't actually do anything for you.
It's really like that but worse. Don't get me wrong I love this game and it can be a ton of fun. It's just a lot to take in to have an extremely good character. I mean in any MMO you can max level in a couple of months or even a month. I could have made millions playing WWO, Old School Ruin Scape, and Diablo... But, I chose to play this instead. And, we all know. You only lose money and time playing this game.
I mean also what do you expect Posiden to do... he gets paid like 200k rubies a month. And, the update of the century turned out to be the biggest bug fest in GGE history. I'd go into hiding too if every other thread was about how disappointed everyone was and you have no real way of saying otherwise.

it's scam after scam, just looking at the prices of the offerings in the generals inn for the pitifull things you get, should speak a thousand words,
they even ask you for real money to then give you a gift that is useless, the 500 wood and stone is only part of the storey, they give mead rams, and you can only have 5 per wave, that adds up to 150% gate, when most castles have 400% gate average, there selling you a useless tool, we dont think about it because its a game, but if that was a shop selling you faulty goods it would stand in court, tbh this would stand in court, but i just mean people take it more seriously when you make an instore purchase or similar, they seem to think they can just get away with it, there basically selling items that have no use, then they play sly psycology telling everyone the update is to balance things, when really its to burn more troops both ends, I recently had my general set to 10% power every 2 waves and 10% reduction from ranged defence every 3 waves, I changed it to have 1500 troops extra in the final battle and at the same time i got the 12% power on all troops on all waves, and i also got 4% ranged power and had an extra 1500 troops in the final battle but i was losing 40 to 50% more troops on bloodcrows, its a con, there is no solid maths in this game, if you cannot use maths in a strategy game of stats and figures then there is no game here, it is mearly a scam, each extra loss here and there has the end goal of a micro spend, iether on 1000 horros here and there or extra tools, the end goal is a purchase, there just pushing it too far, i could go on for ages, but after this recent archmaster con i realy will not be spending another penny, I feel so sorry for some people when i hear them say theyve played this for 10 years, littrally there whole life has passed them by while they sit at a computer, they will get to a point and look back at there life and probably start crying with regret, so many nice things and places to go, this game is designed to keep you online most of the day everyday, I like it and its ok for a bit of fun, but im actually starting to realy see what this thing really is, and to really jump the loses by ten times, when im sending a higher percentage than the tower has risen, and with more strength, do they think im an idiot that going to be buying the troops to keep the 3000 loses going, note this is at the same time as they changed the mystery boxes in the wheel making it harder to get commander pieces and when you get them the stats are a lot worse than they were in the boxes, there trying to make people level up the prize level of the whell having to use hundreds of tikets to get decent relic pieces now, its obvios, we have 8 casts and up to 35 commanders, so why swap them round, mate they are professionals, and to cheat people out of assessing and taking money is disguise as rubys and give them unfair products that cannot be fairly assesed is theft, and no moderator can tell me or anyone any different, he will try and say its got more troops in, but forgetting to mentoin my attack has a lot more troops that the percentage of kahn has risen, honestly he will try to slate it as bad maths and come out with some bullcrap like poisden always does, because he is one of the biggest whales on the server, and he bilittles most, ive red a lot of posts, and had a lot of smarmy comments from him, but he isnt my issue, I just meant GGE's moderator will probably be patronising and try to defend it and say im wrong as always, so yah, but I dunno mate this game makes me more angry than happy because of the way they shaft people, like with this archamster, like with the offerings, like with half of the game, I think its disgusting tbh.

Well, the wheel of Affluence did change prize chests and I did make a bunch of really nice Castilians recently with it. But, the number of boxes I received this round did go down by 2/3. they even ask you for real money to then give you a gift that is useless, the 500 wood and stone is only part of the storey, they give mead rams, and you can only have 5 per wave, that adds up to 150% gate, when most castles have 400% gate average, there selling you a useless tool, we dont think about it because its a game, but if that was a shop selling you faulty goods it would stand in court, tbh this would stand in court, but i just mean people take it more seriously when you make an instore purchase or similar, they seem to think they can just get away with it, there basically selling items that have no use, then they play sly psycology telling everyone the update is to balance things, when really its to burn more troops both ends, I recently had my general set to 10% power every 2 waves and 10% reduction from ranged defence every 3 waves, I changed it to have 1500 troops extra in the final battle and at the same time i got the 12% power on all troops on all waves, and i also got 4% ranged power and had an extra 1500 troops in the final battle but i was losing 40 to 50% more troops on bloodcrows, its a con, there is no solid maths in this game, if you cannot use maths in a strategy game of stats and figures then there is no game here, it is mearly a scam, each extra loss here and there has the end goal of a micro spend, iether on 1000 horros here and there or extra tools, the end goal is a purchase, there just pushing it too far, i could go on for ages, but after this recent archmaster con i realy will not be spending another penny, I feel so sorry for some people when i hear them say theyve played this for 10 years, littrally there whole life has passed them by while they sit at a computer, they will get to a point and look back at there life and probably start crying with regret, so many nice things and places to go, this game is designed to keep you online most of the day everyday, I like it and its ok for a bit of fun, but im actually starting to realy see what this thing really is, and to really jump the loses by ten times, when im sending a higher percentage than the tower has risen, and with more strength, do they think im an idiot that going to be buying the troops to keep the 3000 loses going, note this is at the same time as they changed the mystery boxes in the wheel making it harder to get commander pieces and when you get them the stats are a lot worse than they were in the boxes, there trying to make people level up the prize level of the whell having to use hundreds of tikets to get decent relic pieces now, its obvios, we have 8 casts and up to 35 commanders, so why swap them round, mate they are professionals, and to cheat people out of assessing and taking money is disguise as rubys and give them unfair products that cannot be fairly assesed is theft, and no moderator can tell me or anyone any different, he will try and say its got more troops in, but forgetting to mentoin my attack has a lot more troops that the percentage of kahn has risen, honestly he will try to slate it as bad maths and come out with some bullcrap like poisden always does, because he is one of the biggest whales on the server, and he bilittles most, ive red a lot of posts, and had a lot of smarmy comments from him, but he isnt my issue, I just meant GGE's moderator will probably be patronising and try to defend it and say im wrong as always, so yah, but I dunno mate this game makes me more angry than happy because of the way they shaft people, like with this archamster, like with the offerings, like with half of the game, I think its disgusting tbh.
But, as far as the Generals go. They are all supposedly OP. Like each one after level 10 have a skill that will completely allow you to wipe any wall set up and get into the courtyard. I've seen reports of it done with as little as 32 troops. And, not as little as 32 troops... but something like 5k support on the wall or something... on a whale account.
So, they did add something to the game. I honestly just think they wrote some many bugs in this last code that it's affecting all kinds of data. I keep ending up logging in every other day and getting thousands of fewer troops in my courtyard attacks.
And, it's been done a million times that back in the day. I used to get the best commanders maxed out or Castillian maxed out hitting with the best tool set up or even emptied tool-wiped castle and not get as many casualties as someone else with the same setup by a large margin.
I honestly wonder sometimes if I offended someone in GGS themselves and they just decide to nerf me personally or something. But, yeah, It could be a data issue. I've never played on Arch so I couldn't compare anything for you. I just know that all morning until this afternoon. I was getting 696 troops in my courtyard attack and now it's 3600 or something depending on the general I am using.
But, tail whip, heartbreaker, and something else for the Alyssa Generals is broken. That or you have to put comparative general head to head. I've just seen a report of people getting demolished by small amounts of troops hitting an extremely large flank. And, if you scroll you see a post about it somewhere.
So, I am trying not to be disheartening. But, the whales that buy the spins are super duper extra extrodernaryly spectacular powerful beyond belief.

It's no doubt that the type of system they have is really predatory in nature. And, I might just get banned or something for saying it. Knowing how companies work.
It's like the time I invested in a marketing program. It really seemed legit. You got a bunch of access to companies claiming they had products for you to sell through advertising on social media. Most of the stuff was garbage not even worth selling like getting a list of names and emails to enter into a draw for some dumb prize or gift card. Sometimes they had a decent item worth selling. Only to find out your refer code wasn't actually working and you just wasted your money trying to advertise it.
I literally call the guy out in it when I see his ads going around on Facebook and it used to be on YouTube all the time. There were tons of them. They swore they were helping you and they got rich that way. But, literally did it by selling people crap that didn't actually work. And, if you read the contract you weren't allowed to call them out on it or they could sue you or suspend your accounts on the site. Which didn't actually do anything for you.
