I wouldn't want to start a lot of wars and i want to attack mostly players that are not in alliance but how do i find them ? It's difficult and takes a while to find people without alliance while moving around the map myself and wanted to ask if there was a better way to find them

You can scroll through the ranking system. And, people without an Alliance will be displayed as such.
Also, most alliances don't mind the odd attack but you should expect a retaliation attack. Even when they aren't in an Alliance. Most people just don't go to war over a single attack.
