Why is this annoying popup displaying after every single Quest progress step in Outer Realms???

i had this every 30 seconds throughout the whole bth event, at the same time as protecting points from the 1st day at the capital, we id it not one person got through, but every 30 seconds it was so annoying

  I had this on saturday but once i'd switched off my laptop and done cache clean then reloaded game was gone - several members of alliance have reported a similar issue - possibly the event hasn't copied the email part of the account info correctly !
