What's happened to these, in this game?

Just recently, the usual sales items have gone. This Nomads, no chests. Last event no Banners!
Don't GGE want us to buy these days, or do they just want us to buy offers that last for 1 attack, if that?

The cart's had items not relevant for the event. We've had Samurai tools up for grabs, but once again we've not seen them for ages. Have they gone on strike?

Do GGE understand not having Sam's causes an imbalance in this game? As an alliance, low on Rampart Doubloons (6 haha). How are we expected to use strength against Khan attacks?

I'm glad others have seen this!  I just blasted today about the missing chests AND tools missing in the bestseller!  That was ONE thing that made losing all the good buy offers not as bad.  Now it is gone too!  I guess they want us to take the special offers they offer that cost way too much!  I'm about out of chests, and when I'm done -- I'm done.  There goes the nomad event!

Well another boring day with GGE.

Very little attacking, as again no banners in Bestseller. To me as a ruby user, it's a waste of time. What is in there of any use? Horrors and less that you lose in their thousands, so no point. Tools are from the archives!! Not buying tools that last one attack with 11 wave commanders

I now know how frustrated the free to play players feel, like doing something else.

Can someone please tell me what GGE are trying to achieve? Is it, "it's working reasonably ok, we will break it". haha

I think they want us to buy their overpriced offers for banners and nomad chests.  The bestseller made up for the offers we used to get in a purchased -- at least it helped -- the offers are still not good.  Now the bestseller is gone. I said in a different post I can only get 1k tablets on a hit w/no chests --lol -- that was a big overstatement --I can get 300 point for 10 waves w/no chests.  Hmmm . . .  can they make the game any worse!  

The purchased offers are bad; most the special offers are overpriced, and now the bestseller tent is useless.  The free to play players are leaving and the pay to play players are not happy!  Not good gge!

Regarding the Nomad 10%-boosting Chests, while they do show up in the 10k for 29k RUBIEs 
Offers, { which, btw, is the very BEST offer available anywhere ... 3 RUBIEs per Chest, or better,
IS a smoking deal }, the problem with not having them in the Bestseller Shop Units and Tools Sale,
at 95% off for as many as you want to purchase with RUBIEs, is that, as Jewel has rightly observed
elsewhere, we will burn thru 10k of them in next to no time at all.

Hence, we need/want those 95%-off Chests available ... IN BULK ...

GGE's response so far has been limited to what Poseidon said:
"There's an issue they are trying to resolve."

Is there a time frame for WHEN they will "resolve" this issue?

It's a bit tough to give you an estimate, our community manager is on holiday right now.
The reason we have this offer in our inbox is to sort of compensate for the lack of it in the bestseller. I know it's not ideal but it's what we'll have to work with for now.

As there been any movement on this, or is the game staying like this?

I normally come out of Outer with lots of rubies, and normally blow these on chests/banners etc. At present, and as previously mention, these message offers are normally way above the Bestseller, and we can't buy in bulk. I have found the odd one a better option. I have now resorted to using Rolling Shields haha
