Had a free gift YESTERDAY that was available for 1.9 days, logged in today to find it gone.  What happened to it?

Happened to me too - I was saving mine to use on first day of Nomads and it was there when I looked first thing but when I went to redeem it a little later it was gone.  I put in a ticket and was given the troops, food and look item.  They did say it was designed to be available for Samurai event, but they did acknowledge that putting a 2 day redemption time on the gift meant many, like me, found the gift mysteriously disappearing.

Worth a ticket if you didn't get your goodies.
