I am the owner,founder and leader of my alliance.I have a few newbies that need some resourse and ruby help.We have it in the fund but how do I obtain it?

Alliance funds are only for expanding the alliance.

Yeah and you can't give resources from the alliance funds to members.

Once resources are donated to alliance funds they are only allowed to be used for the alliance not for other players. You cannot re obtain the resources once in the funds.

The resources put into the alliance funds stay in there, they do not come back out - they are however the only resources/coins/rubies which can be used for alliance upgrades you choose to upgrade.

Resources that your alliance members needs, need to come from the alliance members, it needs to be sent from your castle or outposts and sent in market barrows to the alliance members castle or outposts. Rubies cannot be sent via members. Rubies are earnt via tasks, looting robber baron castles etc or spending real money to buy some.

To send resources via market barrows, you need to build a marketplace in your castle and/or outposts which you wish to send resources from. You then go on the world map, select the castle/outpost you wish to send it to. Click the button which looks like a box, select what you want to send (by sliding the slider above the amount being sent) and confirm it. This will then send the resources to the other player. It will take a little time to get there, and then the same amount of time to get back, you need to wait for the market barrows to return before you can send from that castle or outpost you sent from again.

The resources you donate to your Alliance Funds are there to upgrade your alliance and cannot be taken out and given to members of your alliance. When you donate the resources they are stuck there. If you want to send somebody resources go to the world map and click the castle you would like to send it to, then press the Market Barrow icon and the amount of resources you would like to give away.

You can't obtain alliance funds but you can use them to upgrade the alliance smithy.

I just accidental donated all my 13k rubies to the alliance, what should I do? Can I take them out? I was trying to donate 320, but typed in the number 32000. So it maxed out the rubies... What should I do.

nope, you can't take them back out after you donate them

best not to donate rubies to the alliance fund. And active alliance can get plenty of rubies from doing events.
