The architect was created by him, as a kinda off drawn portrait, or by someone else in the office... But 100/ sure that it is that person put into a draw...
This practice, can be common here and there with game developers as a role-play between designers.. but it is always hidden in secret chambers... and it is kinda off: "oh you put me in there" when they find.. audience of game know also if they read trivia off game, or else it is just another character for them..
However, from knowledge i have by studying, never so it so open: a based in person character made by creators appear so openly..

You know Bruno? That's an awesome and totally kick-ass piece of lore. I'll be sure to save this as a link in lore folder. That's the coolest thing I've heard. Also, make Bruno a totally radical dude. On top of being the creative director for one of the coolest games in the world. He also got to create one of the most important characters in the game.
Everyone is happy when the Architect shows up. That guy's awesome. I've got a lot to upgrades still so in the near future he's going to come in handy. Level 20 to 30 granaries am I, right? Am, I right?
