Do you mean dwellings? if so, demolish them all, they are a waste as they decrease your public order which decreases the amount of food you produce in your castle. You can easily get coins from your NPC towers (robber barons, desert towers etc) and also from events such as nomads/samurai.

It you are of the sort that wants to complete all the tasks in the quest book, don't forget that you have to get that done first.  Otherwise, you will have to start over from level 1 dwelling and make room for them all over again.  IF you don't worry about the book, just tear them down now...…..
