SPARTASentinel2's leader, Horndog1, has announced that he does not care about fighting within the usual ethics. That's right, attacking active burning castles is okay! It's just about glory and honor, baby!
Based on such brilliant logic, one might imagine that attacking OPs and RVs is fine too, even stealing them. After all, if there are no rules, then anything goes! So if your alliance is bored and looking for someone who wants to play sans rules, SPARTASentinel2 is your alliance, because they don't care! They welcome your wrath, your armies, plague and sabos. It's more of a gentlemen's rule.
Don't hit OPs, RVs, Centers of Command, Burning Players, or people 10 levels below you.
While these may be the general guidelines players follow they don't count for much if you don't have someone big to enforce them but of course that even got crazy.

"That's right, attacking active burning castles is okay!" is what he has addressed, with no mention of your 10 level rule.
I suspect these "gentlemen rules" are quite arbitrary, and are piled on at the whim of, and for the benefit of, the author. Although I am indeed a warrior gentleman, once I get rolling here, I intend to rob, pillage, burn, and even take babies from the arms of mothers.

Coming again from an old player, these gentleman's rules are the common guidelines most player play by, those that break them typically find it hard to stay in an alliance or keep their castles non-fiery. Now do note that once war has been declared these rules go 100% out the window. All is fair in war unless an ROE was predetermined by both alliance leaderships. Glory hits aren't to ever be personal, they're a quick hit to keep glory up and test your might. When you break the guidelines it typically becomes personal quick.

"Pillage" can be thy name in this, the Khan alliance, with thy Will being done. Those having found themselves as outcasts for failing to follow false moralistic imperatives will find a home here.
