This alliance - TheEmeraldCity - don't answer mssgs or anything. LightOfGod there multiple attacks, attacks you when on fire, and he's a lvl 30 when i'm a 15! someone needs to smack that dude good.

Make that 4 times. Claims I hurt his alliance leader "real bad" so attacking back 4x is okay. I think the dude is drunk. And rich. He's got 500+ defenders, all super-tough that you can only buy. Wish there was some level 70 who was really bored and wanted to take a whack at him.

You are not the first case to have a problem with TheEmeraldCity, i am currently working on diplomacy with them, no wonder they never respond. Perhaps you should talk to the GGS team for help.

The game is designed for players to attack other players, so unless they are breaking the Terms of Service there's nothing GGE can do for you. Plus, it already takes way too long to get help from Support for real claims of loss, so don't go making their jobs take longer over players attacking other players.

@Snake Plissken, I'd agree with you except that these people are outright bullies. They attacked me and my 12 yr old son today for *no* reason. They are also picking on players who are way below their same level. There's got to be *something* that we, as a community, can do about this.

Paula13 responded to me ... with threats. I believe my sister told you a little about it? Paula made it clear that any alliance that my sister is part of will be attacked, and it seems like the people she has pacts with are joining in the "fun".

If Support wont do anything, than we'll take it into our own hands. My alliance is too far too attack them (more than 600 clicks) They haven't responded at all to me, the only reaction was increased attacks, we'll have too work together to get what we want.

If they aren't breaking any of the Terms of Service (ToS), there is nothing Support can do. Please stop clogging up Support with complaints about players attacking other players. That is how this game is designed. If they didn't want us to attack other players, I am sure they would have made the game that way.

Seriously though, if they're not actually sending you obscene and absurd message meant for ill intent towards your actual being. It is not considered bullying by gge guidelines. And spamming support can get you temporary bans so don't get overzealous with support on this one. Count Leone's approach of trying to fight them is the best bet if they're not responding to your messages. And just remember that messaging them and name-calling and sending absurd and obscene messages yourself will not help anything.
