Each world, can we join new alliance and keep the ones we have in the different kingdom?

When you go into the new kingdom; such as Everwinter, we are so far away from our first kingdom. It makes sense to build separate alliances. Is it possible?

it is not possible, you will keep the same alliance throughout all kingdoms, however

my advice is you join a kingdom at the same time and go the same direction as your alliance members, this way you will be decently close
