I have been in several alliances with 5 or less people in them and no one is ever around. I am new to the game and it is really hard to learn it on my own. I also made the mistake of moving closer to an alliance and was not aware after the first move its 5k rubies.

I need an alliance that is active and close to me because I cannot buy rubies to move. One that has patience for all of my questions. Please PM me in the game.
