I am playing on USA1 server.

I am level 9 and he higher (i'am a very good player).

I am very so active.
Alliance must be have : 250k (250.000) points of power , 25 Members + ( all must be active , i do not accept the alliance with "pole") must be have Alliance Level 20+

I would say you are not in a position to make demands, but if you work your way up, you may be able to get a strong alliance to let you join. Otherwise, my suggestion is to join an alliance that is focused on helping new and active players learn and build partnerships of resources, etc.

Defiantly, can't be mean to someone just cuz they have an opinion or idea. Also, im pretty sure you can make someone the leader of an alliance after you have started it.

An alliance like that probably has no use for a level 9, they might be accepting Level 20 or 30+.
No hard feelings, but levels 1-10 are all possible to do in less than 30 minutesjust wait for the 32 hour estate upgrade
