i am a guy  ... i know the name is confusing so it is ok EVERYONE always thinks i am a girl here ...( i even had this one guy get all mad at me once when i took all his honor away in a "brushfire conflict" because he thought i was a GIRL and he was ? misogynistic? idk... so it has played out to my advantage to be a gender neutral once upon a time ).... 
the name Cormyria TM actually comes from TSR's reg. Dungeons and Dragons (patent pending) the world of Faerun or Toril (awaiting litigation)....
believe it or not i play DnD and chess and watch WAY too many Sci -Fi movies when i am not  "annoying" people on foru.m in my spare time .... 
honestly i do not know how to change my user name here otherwise i would change it to a more MISC appropriate (and masculine)"mythoi" etc . In the mean time i think it helps me accept the duality of human nature and embrace my feminine side? idk maybe PJ is right about my lack of sanity ...

So really this doesn't have anything to do with kon anymore...this a just about you two going after each other because of someones post..m sure this s not the first time you have heard this but this a freaking game. A war game at that. Move your arguments off this thread and let people talk about what they thought they were gong to talk about here. This was a conversation about KON getting destroyed now ethier help us figure out how to stop them or shut up and go declare war on each other

Introduction The Law of War is defined as that part of international law

that governs the conduct of armed hostilities. Included in

this lesson are the principles underlying the Law of War, as

well as classification of persons that may be found on the

battlefield. The Law of War is often referred to as the law of

armed conflict (LOAC). The two terms are interchangeable.

The Rules of Engagement (ROE) are those directives that

delineate the circumstances and limitations under which

United States (US) forces will initiate and/or continue

combat engagement.

Importance; The importance of understanding the Law of War in the

current operational environment cannot be overstressed.

All we need to do is look at one of the several cases where

questionable actions have been publicly showcased to

understand its importance. It is imperative that we as

leaders not only know what the Law of War is, but we also

have the ability to conceptualize these principles and train

our Marines to the same standards. Semper Fi .... Do or Die ...
