Oh yeah when you're number one you have people assigned to certain positions some watch the forums some have their castles filled with as many taverns as possible some are full on resources until it's at like zero percent then they have their big attackers who fill up with farmhouses or Granaries so they can hold a bunch of attack men and they have like no defensive in any outposts etc. you get the point.

Some Misc alt must really want this forum title to remain bumped up at the top of the recent threads.  Well, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em!

I saw in earlier posts on this thread a discussion about supporting GK versus KoN if GK were on top of the server.  That's silly.  First we need to figure out who is really who.

• As Morentz has told us many times, it's GK fighting this war and KoN is doing nothing.  (Yes, look how much GK has whittled the enemy down!  A big shout-out to KoN for holding all of our towers for us!  We'll scoop them up after we take our 4 metros and 2 capitals from you.)

• Morentz said the same thing about WoK doing everything.  (Hmm, was that before or after he said WoK does nothing?  This one seems to fluctuate more often than Morentz's alliance description.)

Once we are able to figure out which Morentz to listen to, we'll get back to you on whether GK supports GK, KoN, WoK, or TUF as the top ranked and most active alliance on the server.  (No offense meant to other subs, or to bad company, ninja pack, hellbent, S.K.R.U., strikeforce, etc. - you're all up in that mix too.  I'm just listing alliances Morentz seems to keep reversing his opinions on).  In the meantime, we'll continue watching him wage his war on the alliance-description battlefield.  Just fyi - GK did consider long and hard about fighting from the safety of our alliance description page as well, but we were concerned that people might not find us as inherently truthful and devoid of propaganda as Morentz.  He wins that one!

I don't know exactly how u guys feel but I'm in to watch hundreds of alliances form a gigantic empire, take down neph, and then fight each other. then it would be like he old days.

It already happened and failed.  It's just a game though, people can (and probably will) try it again.

Server has changed though.  GGE has turned it into a mostly PVE environment now instead of PVP.  You no longer need capitals to be a powerhouse for non-ruby spenders, and metros have a much less significant impact as a percentage of overall food production.  I'm guessing the future will see the "top of the server" not meaning as much anymore.  It'll be more about who has the most game event rewards etc, not who has the most real estate.

Hope it's not the smell that gives me away If you have a cold, and there's a lot of wood-smoke in the air, it's not that bad.  I promise!

But none of the Morentz stuff was shenanigans.  It was based on numerous PMs we all kept getting.  (Although I suppose my alliance-bulletin-board stuff could be considered inaccurate if it's someone other than Morentz posting them every time.)

In the meantime, I come canned, salted or freeze-dried, but I'm not fish.  More like beef.  Lean beef.  Maybe bufallo?  I need a protector
