Someone stole my account so (edited part) I am a creep, do not listen to me if I or anyone tries to give you a code to get you 20 rubies every time you log in, then prove it is real by making a fake message from GGS saying it is real then DO NOT LISTEN.

originally I said, don't listen to that post, now you need to listen. And I cant change my account, because Je Suis already did, and in order to change it again, i would have to know the current password, now that creep Je Suis has complete control of my account, don't listen to what she/I say. No, Je Suis messaged me saying that if I gave her my account info she would be able to give me 20 rubies every time I log on. I demanded proof that this was real, and that it was supported by GGS, she made some fake screenshot of a message from GGS saying it was fine by them. I was still suspicious, but I wasn't a ruby buyer, and I really needed rubies. Then big surprise, she stole my account.

You should know that GGE will never ask you for your password. It doesn't sound like your account was hacked. It sounds like you gave it away.

The only way I am still posting is because I logged onto the forums before she stole my account, and haven't logged off, and wont until the problem is fixed, this is my only connection left, aside from borrowing friends accounts, that I have with GGS. If I hadn't done that, then I wouldn't even be able to tell anyone about it.

I thought it was true, and now I feel stupid, and I was tired and not thinking very much. and I have played before, but I have never invested in rubies. Mostly because I cant.

You keep saying she stole your account...granted what she is doing is against the rules and she should be banned, but you gave her your account information.

The only thing that will happen by you communicating this on the forums is the CMs will tell you to contact Support. So, I suggest you go to the Support link and start the paperwork. GGE doesn't work on the weekends, so good luck.

I already did contact Lady Eva, and it is Thursday, not a weekend. It was Je Suis that started this thread and I wish she hadn't

Can't you say you forgot your password and they will send you a reset to your email address.
