Good luck. Your current alliance has 7 recruiters and only 4 members without rank...seems a bit silly. What's there to work for with everyone getting a rank?

Sorry, you are not really in our region. I don't know many of the alliances around you. To be honest, you will mostly find alliances in the same position you are in already on this forum. I would look around your region and just message some recruiters.
