I can't seem to figure out how to ask my alliance for help. It is one of my quests, but the information in it is not helpful. It just says "click on the building that is currently under construction. You can send a help request to your alliance via the ring menu."

What is the ring menu? I clicked on the building under construction and see no options about requesting help from my alliance.

it should be on that ring on the right hand side about 1/4 of the way down when you click on it the hands come up and your alliance members click on it on their page to help you. I hope this helps and made sense. Good luck
